Start by mixing your dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl, except your sugar. Then, using a hand mixer or a stand mixer, beat the butter, oil, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
2. Slowly, add your dry ingredients and combined together. Once your batter is ready, use a table spoon to divide an equal amount into the muffins cups in your muffin pan.Add 1 tablespoon of Nutella on top of each muffin. Then using a toothpick, gently swirl the Nutella into muffin batter.
3. Bake muffins for 20 minutes until golden and toothpick inserted into center of muffin comes out clean. Your toothpick should have no batter on it once they're done, with the exception of some melted Nutella only. Make sure you let them cool off for a few minutes before you enjoy! 😃
