These potatoes are very easy to prepare and just as delicious as French fries. They are a perfect snack to enjoy alone or to accompany a hamburger or other homemade dish. You will not be able to resist them!

Ingredients
3 medium russet potatoes, washed and cut into wedges 2 tablespoons of olive oil 1-½ teaspoons of chipotle powder ½ teaspoon of garlic powder ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper ½ teaspoon of salt
Directions
1. In a large bowl, place the potato wedges and add cold water. Let them soak for 30 minutes. Once the potatoes have soaked for 30mins, remove them from the water and pat them dry with paper towel.
2. Using the same bowl, combine the olive oil, chipotle powder, ground black pepper, garlic, and salt. Add the potatoes back into the bowl and mix everything together, until all potatoes are coated.
3. Place a good batch of potato wedges in the basket of your air fryer and cook at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Make sure to shake the basket half way through the cooking time to help potatoes cook evenly. Repeat the process for the remaining of batches, until all potatoes are cooked. Serve with ketchup or your favorite sauce. Enjoy!

Make sure to cook potato wedges in batches, so your potatoes cook evenly and get crispy.
If you do not have an air fryer, you can use your kitchen oven at the same temperature. Place your potato wedges in a cooking sheet, and flip the potatoes half way through cooking time.
The beauty of these potatoes is that you can season them with your favorite spices, or any other spices you have on hand. For example, if you do not have chipotle powder, you can use paprika. Another option is also to add dry Pamesan cheese.
You can serve your potato wedges with a spicy Sriracha mayo, as pictured. Just mix 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, ½ tablespoon of ketchup, and ½ tablespoon of Sriracha. Garnish as desired!
